Who can access the data

  • Only site administrators can see full serial numbers, IP addresses and device information, through a password-protected admin panel.
  • Public pages and the public API only show masked serials, aggregated counts (lookups, cities, countries) and the risk level. They never show IP addresses or visitor IDs.
  • Coverage data is fetched from a third-party lookup provider; only the serial number is sent to it.
  • Google Analytics measures page usage in aggregate. We do not sell personal data.

How to request deletion

  1. 1Email support@spotairpods.com from any address with the subject “Deletion request”.
  2. 2Include the serial number(s), or your account email, and the approximate date of your lookups.
  3. 3We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you may remain.

What we do not do

We do not automate Apple Check Coverage, bypass its CAPTCHA or send bulk requests to Apple. Opening Apple's official page is always your own choice.

Browser storage

We use local storage for your language, device lookup history and random visitor ID, and cookies for sign-in sessions and ad measurement. Clearing site data in your browser removes them.
